I came across this challenge on YouTube in one of the motivational speeches and tried it. The result was amazing because I ended up feeling relieved. What exactly is  not giving a f*** ? Giving a fuck is basically investing your time, energy, attention, thoughts and feelings on something whether good or bad. Not giving a f*** is exactly the opposite. We all give a fuck about something or someone in our lives. But, sometimes we give attention to so many things and situations even those that do not deserve it. In the end, we end up feeling exhausted and strained then suddenly life becomes less sweeter. Not everything is worth your time or energy or emotions so don't waste your f*** on things that don't add any value!   So this challenge is all about selecting the things that are worth your f*** and not giving a f*** to those that aren't. What has 2021 taught you or emphasized in your life? Every year has its own challenges and breakthroughs which leaves us with experiences and lessons learned, and these are some of the major things that sunk into my life this year, from the various encounters I've had. I had the thought of starting a blog in March this year but always felt like I'm not ready enough to start putting it out there. The 'Intentional' part we ignore

We're always reminding ourselves to be deliberate and purposeful in all we do for better results, striving to achieve the best in our day to day activities that contribute to what and how our future will be. Being Intentional is always the key.   One part of our human life however, seems to receive the lesser amount of our 'being Intentional'  and it sometimes gives us results that we never wished for. We tend to start relationships based on the feelings and energies we receive forgetting the 'Intentional' part of it all. While we focus on satisfying our social belonging and affection needs, we forget to think of what we want to achieve in the end. When the feelings start to fade and the energies no longer match or excite, what will be left to hold on to?
